Waipao Heiau, Hālawa

These disturbed stones are all that remains of Waipao Heiau, according to archaeologist Earl Neller. Neller positively identified this as the location of Waipao by matching the present valley ridge contour with the same contour in a photograph taken of the heiau by Arning early in the 20th century.
