These disturbed stones are all that remains of Waipao Heiau, according to archaeologist Earl Neller. A large heiau on two levels, defined by faced terraces on three sides and a low wall at the rear. Ti grows at several places on the earth platforms. A large, flat pōhaku sits on the upper platform. The site is being cleared by volunteer crews once a month. - 95 4 Halawa75 Pohaku
